The warm welcome from the staff truly enhanced our visit; their friendliness made us feel at home from the very first step through the door. The spacious room, equipped with a wonderfully comfortable bed, offered a charming view and allowed for a restful night after exploring the city. I was particularly impressed by the breakfast, which featured a delightful selection of local products from Emilia Romagna, although I must say, the coffee didn't quite meet my British expectations! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to immerse themselves in Parma's rich culture while enjoying modern comforts.
